Important Service Update Regarding the RWC2010B

RedwoodComm would like to provide an important update regarding the long-term support and service timeline for the RWC2010B.

As many of our customers are aware, the RWC2010B was officially discontinued in 2024. 

In alignment with this discontinuation, the final firmware update for this model was released in October 2016, and no further software updates have been or will be provided.

However, we remain committed to supporting our users' hardware investments. Please be advised that hardware repair and maintenance services for the RWC2010B will continue to be available until 2030.

After 2030, all official repair services and replacement part availability for the RWC2010B will completely cease. We encourage customers who are still utilizing this model to factor this timeline into their future equipment and upgrade planning.
