[Functions] Added DI (Decoder Identification) variable to FM RDS mode. It indicates different operating modes to switch individual decoders on or off and to indicate if PTY codes in the transmission are dynamically switched. Added variables that allow the user to set the item toggle bit and item running bit when transmitting RDS Tag information.. Increase AF frequencies up to 24 for A mode, 12 for B mode.
